Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made through whonders.com. By sending an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

whonders.com is operated by Nana lab s.r.l., Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 44, 10123 Torino, Italy, email info@whonders.com. Whonders selects and promotes home products. The products are sold and shipped by partner companies of Whonders, which are responsible for the sale and delivery of the goods.

2. Customers

The website is intended for consumers, meaning natural persons buying for purposes not related to their business or profession.

3. Products and prices

Products, their main features and their prices are described on each product page. Prices are shown in local currency and are final: they include taxes and shipping. Images are illustrative; the binding description is the text of the product page.

4. How the contract is made

You place an order by filling in the order form with your name, phone number and delivery address. The order is then confirmed by phone. The contract is concluded at the moment of this confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made cash on delivery: you pay the courier when you receive the parcel. No payment data is collected online.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and countries are described in our Shipping Policy. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you before shipping.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To withdraw or return a product, write to info@whonders.com. The procedure and refund method are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee and 4-year warranty

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by consumer law. In addition, Nana lab s.r.l. offers a free 4-year warranty against manufacturing defects, described in the Refund Policy.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, natural events or courier disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Personal data

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints and applicable law

For any question or complaint write to info@whonders.com; we reply as soon as possible. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
