Shipping Policy

We deliver to your door by tracked courier. Shipping is free on the products shown on whonders.com, and you pay only when the parcel arrives.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Spain, Portugal, Germany, Latvia, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. Each country has its own product page with the price in local currency.

Order confirmation

After you send the order form, our team calls you on the phone number you provided to confirm the order and the delivery address. Please keep your phone at hand: orders that cannot be confirmed are cancelled to avoid wrong deliveries.

Delivery times

Confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours on working days. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after shipment, depending on the destination. Delays may occur during holidays or for reasons outside our control; in that case we will inform you.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for the products on whonders.com. The price shown on the product page is the total amount you pay to the courier.

Payment on delivery

You pay the courier when the parcel is delivered. No payment or card details are requested online.

Receiving your parcel

When the parcel arrives, please check that the packaging is intact. If it is visibly damaged, you can refuse it or accept it with reservation, writing a note on the courier's delivery document, and then contact us at info@whonders.com.
