What data we collect

• Order data: name, phone number and delivery address that you enter in the order form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use your data

• To confirm your order by phone, ship it and provide customer service (legal basis: performance of a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To meet legal and tax obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To prevent fraud and duplicate orders, and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To measure the performance of our advertising, only with your consent where required (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who receives your data

Your order data is shared only with the parties needed to fulfil it: the partner company that sells and ships the product, its call center and the courier. We also use technical service providers (website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Microsoft). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as needed to manage the order and warranty, and in any case for the period required by tax law. Technical data is kept for the periods described in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
